you guys may or may not want to take this one. this is an RC PWM driver specific mod to tg-xboot that enables the PWM spindle OFF waveform during bootload to keep the ESC from going into safe-lockout mode.
it copies only the PWM specific parts of the tinyg firmware into the bootloader. it could be compacted down further for space, but its not unmanageable at the moment.
