Share the first part of the Cisco patch authored by Oleksiy Obitotskyy to fix reading from /proc/schedstat post-switch-root (see systemd#60). More changes are needed since writing the svg file fails.
chroot to the directory where systemd switches root from the initramfs. Otherwise the svg file cannot be saved.

This is on top of #63.
I am opening as draft as I would like to get opinions before proposing. The main question is how to determine the systemd switch root directory (usually /sysroot), would it make sense to make it a configurable item?
