📄 Work Description
동기화할 수 있도록 하기 위한 API 구현했습니다.새로 등록하고, 있다면 FCM 토큰만갱신하도록 했습니다.실제 로그인한 유저만 해당 API를 적용할 수 있도록 사전에 security에서 인증을 요구하도록 어노테이션을 추가했습니다.⚙️ ISSUE
