M113 TOW

Arms M113s with the M220 launcher system and 10 BGM-71A TOW missiles.

Longer reload time than TOW emplacements
Launcher is not stabilized by default
Launcher is not equipped with the thermal sight by default
40% chance of appearing by default

Config location
