For mixOmics, I would suggest adding it in too with the directive:

biocViews: 
    mixOmics

to the DESCRIPTION files. Those tests can run on GitHub Actions.

For posterity: dimred was removed a while back (2018) because a core member of CRAN created an unscheduled version of the package (i.e., without notifying the maintainer or running revdep checks), added it to CRAN, and imposed a very restrictive version requirement for R.
