I had some trouble with trying to setup a persistent home directory and it was getting cleared on every shutdown once I took it out of
/opt/.filetool.lstIt ended up being because of an extra empty line that I had added when sorting out my
/opt/.xfiletool.lst.This commit should fix that, though it won't do anything to help already-existing installs, since shutdown.sh will be overwritten from the backup.
