Fix schematic box width change with pin spacing

Summary

• add a regression test that captures the schematic box width growing when only left/right pins are present
• keep schematic width padding independent of the user-provided schPinSpacing so spacing tweaks no longer alter the box width

Reproduction

• bun test tests/utils/schematic/getAllDimensionsForSchematicBox.test.ts (fails before fix with Expected: 0.4 / Received: 1.5)
