Use comparison with Usher to fine-tune #520
Description
The comparison that we did with Usher in the paper highlights some really interesting patterns in local parsimony that we could use to fine-tune, particularly wrt to the choice of sites to filter.
This notebook has some interesting plots which are definitely worth following up on if we want to improve sc2ts inference performance.
