this makes panel's height relative to SlidingUpPanelLayout's height, for a example, it SlidingUpPanelLayout is 600dp high, and umanoPanelHeightOffset is 200dp, then the panel is 400dp high.

I'm not sure I understand why this is need. Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish?

I'm using this when the panel height is not sure, but space for collapsed panel is set. Like attached picture above, if I slide up, the map will be hidden.
