Vim syntax highlightning for mon.cf

Installation

Extract the file and put files in your Vim directory (usually ~/.vim/ or Program Files/Vim/vimfiles on Windows).
If you use Vundle, you can install quite simply.

Sample .vimrc:

Bundle 'unagi/vim-moncf'
```
Launch vim, run :BundleInstall
