chore: bump reference samples uno.sdk to 6.2

• Update uno.sdk to latest stable 6.2 version

  • Still has the already logged issues, including this new one I just noticed while updating the uno.sdk [Commerce] PasswordBox header overlaps with password after losing focus #897. Can we fix these bugs? it is a reference app after all, so it should be important that it is bug-free
• ToDo:
  • Still has the already logged issues, and we should check if we can add desktop target now - the issue blocking using the desktop target was this one: [Desktop] Could not load file or assembly Uno.Extensions.Authentication.MSAL.WinUI uno.extensions#2438. Also, we are using skiarenderer so its silly that the desktop target cant be used
• Counter: looks good
• SimpleCalc: looks good
• TubePlayer: looks good

I will recheck soon on CI build and also @rajamatt we would need to update to latest stable 6.2.36
