Update deps, fix crash

• I updated the dependencies to their newest minor versions
• I fixed the webpack config with the new version
• i commented out japanese translation, since the file ../translations/japanese.json did not exist. Maybe @shirayuki forgot to add it?
• i fixed the bug that made the app crash when you entered steps larger than the step goal
• i added key attributes to images to solve an error from react-dom
