What does this PR do?
This PR introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow to automatically run ESLint checks on the
frontendworkspace for every pull request.Why is this change important?
This helps ensure code quality and consistency by catching linting errors early in the development process, before they are merged into the
mainbranch. It automates a key quality gate for the project.Note: This workflow currently only targets the
frontendworkspace, as thebackenddoes not have a dedicatedlintscript at this time.
