After the move in T7728 to dynamically generate the session proposed config, the record field can be dropped.

Change Summary
Add request to return JSON of list of record data structures of the session hashtbl. As the request can specify 'exclude_self' and 'exclude_other', it can be used for tracking open sessions (for use in checking correctness of vyos/vyos-1x#4807), as well as information on the current session.
