[Interop TF Report] Architectural considerations

This PR adds the section on "Architectural Considerations" to the interoperability report.

This PR is a WIP and a basis for discussion. At the moment, it contains the proposed structure (to be discussed):

• design goals, i.e. non-functional properties (NFPs) of interest for Web-based MAS; this section aims to match the typical NFPs of MAS with the NFPs of the Web to motivate why an alignment is desirable in the first place;
• architectural patterns / overview, meant to bridge the gap between abstract design dimensions for Web-based MAS and concrete systems;
• architectural considerations derived from the above; the focus is on alignment with the design of the Web.
