chore: add logs to debug no notifications issues - WPB-19916

WPB-19916 [iOS] Customers complaining about not receiving notifications (push ? calling ?)

Issue

IN production some users report getting no notifications, right now it's not clear what are the reasons for it. This PR adds more logs in production (safePublic), in order to give more information.

• log more steps in NSE
• log pushToken
• log notifications settings
