This pull request updates the XCP-ng documentation by adding instructions on how to create a custom XCP-ng template for Ubuntu. The updates are based on valuable feedback from our community forums, at the discussion titled Ubuntu 22.04.5 custom template - additional steps missing from documentation.

In addition, complex instructions broken down into bullet lists are turned into number lists, for better navigation and clarity. Indentation has been improved as well.

In the XCP-ng technical documentation, at the page called "Create and use custom XCP-NG templates: a guide for Ubuntu", some complex procedures involved multiple steps organized into bullet lists. This can be difficult to follow as we're not quite sure which step we're at. This commit replaces bullet lists with numbered lists so the reader can remember what exact step they're at.

Also, full stops are replaced with semicolons when the step is illustrated by a screenshot or a code sample, for more fluid reading.

IMO the OVA option should be listed first since that's way simpler and faster.

Since the OVA procedure to make a custom XCP-ng template for Ubuntu is simpler than the ISO-based procedure, we're moving it to the top of the section
