Try to modernize the codebase:

  • move to src/ layout
  • add pyproject.toml with entrypoints for fixed2free flowercase and fdeclarations
  • format code base using black
  • make the tests use pytest
  • use docopt-ng for argument parsing
  • merge READMEs
  • add gitignore
