This still doesn't fix the issue, it (again) simply just removes the feature rather than fixing the actual animation. Sorry. Its a very small issue that only happens when toggling, the fix is way too much effort for such little reward imo |

These changes fix the behavior of the bookmark toolbar's icons and text flickering upon being toggled via keybind while in sidebar-only mode. This was happening only while the sidebar was left-aligned due to inconsistent styling application.
Fixes #11244
