Command line option "-c | --changed" added

--min-size=1 works as well. I like --changed better though. |

You should also modify the \fB\-c\fR, \fB\-\-changed\fR
Supress a snapshot if no data has changed since last snapshot.

This small option allows us to supress a snapshot if no data has changed since last snapshot.
