Adds support for Aqara Climate Sensor W100

Adding in support for the Aqara Climate Sensor W100.

Additional information

Still currently a work in progress:

• ✅ Temperature
• ✅ Humidity
• ✅ All three buttons (plus, center, minus) with support for single press, double press, long press (hold) and release.
• 🚧 Battery percentage
